A pretty fun thing to see if you are in the Vernal Area is the old dome that was on the Uintah Tabernacle. The Vernal Temple was converted into a temple from the Uintah Tabernacle, in 1997. When it was changed to a temple, it was decided to give the temple two domes instead of the single one the tabernacle had.
Now the old dome was converted into a gazebo at Ashley Valley Community Park in Vernal.
